The Cartwheel Galaxy is a lenticular galaxy and ring galaxy about 500 million light-years away in the constellation Sculptor, so called because the arms spreading out from a central core resemble the spokes of a cartwheel.

Naresh Sharma
Founder HODS Pvt Ltd
Naresh Sharma has over 45 years’ experience in diverse fields in business management and entrepreneurship. After completing his MBA, he was in sales and marketing in the corporate world before becoming an entrepreneur, and developed core competence in the field of specialty polymers. He pioneered the use of Acro-nitrile/PVC in the field of synthetic polymer extrusions, developed compounds for the fire-proof cable industry and for anti-skid treatment of cotton rugs for export from India, and oil-resistant polymers for footwear for the oil industry. He was co-opted as a member of the Rubber Technical Committee of the Bureau of Indian Standards. He also pioneered the use of Industrial LPG as a replacement for electric power for the corrugation industry and designed LPG burners to replace electric heating rods in corrugation machines.
For the past 15 years, he has worked on developing the HODS technology, and since 2018, he has designed in-situ Hydrogen generating systems to work with the F.O.R.D. technology of G&G HODS, LLC based in Texas, with whom he has a JV agreement. In 2020, he set up HODS Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi and this company is now on the threshold of commencing commercial activities.
The first product, the (patent pending) HODS kit for reducing exhaust emissions from internal combustion engines is ready and will soon be available in India and the world. Many other products are on the drawing board. These include non-polluting welding systems which work without the use of hydrocarbon gases, engine decarbonising systems based on HODS technology, cooking systems which combine the HODS unit and specially designed cooking stoves which do away with LPG and CNG for ever, and Hydrogen based water alkalizers for health.
Siddharth Gupta

Siddharth is an MBA with specialisation in IT and marketing. He has more than 12 years of diverse experience in sales & marketing, web designing, SEO and brand promotion in India and abroad.
Siddharth started his IT company in 2011 and also launched a Golf Lounge in delhi, which was a simulator based real golf indoor experience and a cafe.
He has worked closely with the Founder for the past 5 years in the finalisation of the design, fabrication and testing of the proprietary components developed by the company for the patent pending HODS technology.
Ishan Nayar
Head (Product Development)
Ishan is a marine engineer with 10 years experience in tankers. He will join HODS full- time as soon as commercial activities commence. Since 2018, Ishan has headed the technical team and has played a key role in the design of the final HODS kit.
Anil H Durge

Anil is a hard-core Techno-Commercial Executive with more than 25 years’ experience with various companies including MNCs. He has backed up his technical experience with a Post Graduate degree in Management Science. Anil adds his vast experience in Planning & Resource Mobilization to our core team. His varied industry-wide experience, along with a well spread-out network will be an invaluable asset in the fast-track growth of our organization.
For the past decade, Anil has been working as an independent Advisor for Planning & Projects with M/s AEL, an NSE listed company in the field of Energy Conservation. He also has to his credit, key energy projects in various cities across the country.
After his long stint with AEL, he is now working as an independent professional in the field of Resource Planning, with special emphasis on design and development, cost saving in RM procurement, and quality control of manufacturing processes and information systems.
John Hibbert

John has a technical bias and developed sales and marketing skills from his successful early days in the UK during the period 1979 – 1983, marketing proven energy saving technology. He is a successful entrepreneur and inventor in the field of sustainable energy. It is also his passion.
His work has evolved around microprocessor based, excessive energy control technology for high pressure sodium street lighting (yellow and pink), and more recently, a unique, state of the art technology for an ‘electronic’ water heating element to replace the existing energy guzzling resistive elements used to heat water in the domestic, commercial and industrial markets. This new heating element saves 65% to 70% power and has no competitive device anywhere in the world.

Ben Gresham & Julio Garland (The 2Gs)

Ben Gresham is a decorated Viet Nam veteran and former U.S. Army helicopter pilot. He was honorably discharged in June of 1974 after which he went to college to pursue a Mechanical Engineering degree. After college he worked for Mustang Power Products as a Project Engineer. In 1990 he ventured into business for himself, creating a general contracting company which did commercial and residential remodeling. His love of automobiles brought him to CarMax, where he has held positions in Operations Management, Warranty Claims, and Sales. That’s where he met Julio Garland.
Julio Garland is a former citizen of Peru where he held several positions with the Peruvian government. He was a jet fighter mechanic, a security specialist for the Peruvian Police, an anti-terrorist advisor, and an undercover operative for the Minister of Interior, tasked with liaison between the Peruvian Police and the Peruvian administrative branch. When Peru went to a socialist form of government in 1990, he moved to the United States. First His first job was in management positions in a chain of Mobil service stations. In 2001 he changed jobs and worked as a manager of a chain of furniture stores. In 2010 he joined CarMax in 2010 in sales and that’s where he met Ben Gresham.
CarMax was selling used cars in the USA. Their commitment to innovation and iconic customer experiences had made them the nation’s largest retailer of used cars at that time. The CarMax philosophy had been responsible for raising the bar on customer experience ever since they were incorporated.
Ben Gresham and Julio Garland discovered many common interests through meetings and friendly discussions at CarMax, their place of employment. The most prevalent topic of discussions was their love of all things mechanical.
On May 20, 2006 they decided to merge their mutual quest for solutions to eliminate greenhouse gases which are devastating our planet, and pool their resources to achieve their common goal. After many months of discussion, discovery, and collaboration they established G&G Hydrogen On Demand Systems (HODS), LLC, and set out to create the most efficient model to help achieve the goal of energy independence around the globe.
Ben and Julio planned to manufacture and distribute HODS hybrid systems for use in all existing internal combustion engines, no matter what type, which fuel it used, and where it was being produced. They realised that even if the new technology of EVs was made available to the world immediately, there would still be millions of vehicles using conventional internal combustion engines all over the globe, all adding to the already unacceptable levels of air pollution.
There was also the added fact that everyone using their products would save money because of reduced fuel consumption.
Arthur B. Miller
Chief Engineer, G&G HODS, LLC
Arthur started his career as a young boy, assembling motorcycles in Galveston, Texas, where he learnt the intricacies of the internal combustion engine. He apprenticed through his High School years to the Volkswagen student program, and worked with Volkswagen for three years.
He then joined the US Navy, and joined the American Military university while serving, and earned a B.E. in Mechanical engineering. After leaving regular service and joining the reserves, he did post graduate work at M.I.T.
After M.I.T., because of his love of all things mechanical, especially cars, he worked in Riverside, California on Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and Maseratis before returning to Texas. He helped build up a new Toyota dealership in Houston as Assistant Service Manager. Then on to Gulf States Toyota to build another new dealership, where he was responsible for training personnel in the service department.
He then did a stint with a couple of Ford dealerships where he was with the technical training and service management component for a dedicated team of specialists, building and repairing dealerships for the Gulf states region.
Finally, he joined CarMax, the number one used car retailer in the U.S., and was with them for six years. However, he spent most of his spare time working on alternate energy systems including developing HHO water for fuel systems (HODS). This is when he invented the patent pending Fisher-Oriani Resonance Device (F.O.R.D.) system to create more HHO gas output from electrolysis systems.
Today, as Chief Engineer at G&G HODS, LLC, he dedicates his time to creating systems to feed hydrogen gel fuel cells, internal combustion engines and anything and everything related to HODS systems.
T. J. Chester
CFO at G&G HODS, LLC
T. J. Chester, the Chief Financial Officer of G&G, joined Ben and Julio a few months after inception when he was shown a prototype of the HODS. He instantly recognized the potential of the product and asked to be a part of the team.
T. J. has worked with the Department of Health and Human Services of the US Government, and later, as the Chief Financial Officer with Jackson Hewitt in New Mexico, Utah and Texas.
As the Chief Financial Officer of Pak Petroleum Marketing, he was directly responsible for auditing of all retail operations of Shell, Motiva, Chevron, Exxon, Conoco, Phillips and Valero. His background in finance, taxation, and management makes him an invaluable asset to the company.
